Experience: - 5 years of experience in Domestic/International Call Center, In - bound/Out - bound. Responsibilities - Handling all inbound query calls related to our hospital at PRM desk. - Convincing Educating Customers for their Medical or Surgical Procedures. - Identifying Counseling the patients for Healthy Heart. - Working on software for the Healthy Heart Enrollments. - Involves interaction with customers and providing them quality support and service. - Scheduling Appointments Identifying Counseling for DMP Requirements and skills - Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge - Problem solving skills and ability to multi - task. - Compassionate with good communication skills. - Excellent teamwork skills - Graduate
