About the Role

Ganpati Homez is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to handle sales and customer interactions for our Hardware & Lighting Showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• •Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally and understand their requirements.
• •Explain and recommend suitable hardware, lighting, electrical and related interior products.
• •Demonstrate product features, specifications, quality, pricing and applications.
• •Generate sales from showroom walk-ins, enquiries and follow-ups.
• •Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding pricing and product availability.
• •Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• •Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
• •Maintain proper product display, showroom presentation and product information.
• •Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, accounts and delivery teams for order processing.
• •Maintain customer details, enquiries and sales records.
• •Handle customer queries and resolve basic product-related concerns professionally.
• •Keep updated with new products, brands, market trends and competitor offerings.
• •Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• •Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience.
• •1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, hardware, lighting, electrical, sanitary, building materials, interior products or related industries preferred.
• •Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• •Basic knowledge of hardware and lighting products will be an advantage.
• •Strong sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• •Basic computer knowledge.
• •Presentable, confident and target-oriented personality.
• •Ability to work effectively in a showroom environment.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Hardware, Lighting, Electrical, Interior Products, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, Plywood, Laminates, Sanitaryware, Building Materials or Home Improvement industries will be preferred.
