• Candidate registration and profile creation.
• Job application submission.
• Employer registration and verification.
• Job posting for verified employers.

As these services are provided free of charge, no refund is applicable for these services.

3. Paid Services (If Applicable)

In the event we introduce paid services (such as premium job listings, featured placements, or subscription plans), the following refund policy shall apply:

• Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund if the service has not been utilised.
• Cancellation within 7 days: Pro-rata refund based on unused portion of the service.
• After 7 days: No refund shall be provided.
• Non-refundable: Services that have been fully consumed or listings that have been published and received applications.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund for paid services:

2. We will review your request within 3 business days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Service Disruption

If the Website experiences significant downtime or service disruption that prevents you from using paid services, we will:

• Extend your service period by the duration of the disruption, or
• Provide a pro-rata refund for the affected period upon request.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated by us for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided for any paid services. If you voluntarily close your account, the standard refund policy above applies.
