As an experienced sales professional in Cuttack, your role will involve driving business growth through field sales activities and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities in the local Cuttack market - Meet potential customers and explain products/services - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Follow up with leads and convert them into business - Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback - Work closely with the internal team to improve sales performance Candidate Profile: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Marketing - Candidates from BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, or Any Sales Background can apply - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Good knowledge of the Cuttack local market - Graduation completed any discipline In addition to the above, the company offers a competitive salary of CTC 3.45 LPA along with incentives.
