Description We re hiring a Bookkeeper to support an Australian multi - channel consumer business. You ll manage day - to - day accounting, reconciliations, and reporting across Xero , Cin7 , and Shopify .

Qualifications

Bank payment reconciliations in Xero AP/AR processing and records management Shopify payment gateway reconciliation Inventory COGS tracking via Cin7 Monthly reports P L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Support BAS, GST, and payroll compliance Requirements 2 years bookkeeping experience AU preferred Strong Xero skills or similar Experience with Cin7 or inventory systems Familiar with Shopify/e - commerce workflows Knowledge of GST, BAS, and payroll basics Detail - oriented with solid reconciliation skills
