Performance Marketing Manager

Tube, and other paid platforms - Own end - to - end campaign management including budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis - Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for B2C audiences - Monitor and improve key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates - Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop high - performing ad creatives and landing pages - Leverage analytics tools Google Analytics, attribution tools, CRM platforms to generate actionable insights - Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors if applicable - Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 3 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C environment - Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with strong ROI - Hands - on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance channels - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools - Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization - Experience with A/B testing and data - driven decision - making - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred
