In this role, you will monitor premises, prevent theft, and ensure the safety of our employees and assets at XEAM Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent theft and ensure safety. - Control access to the facility by managing entry and exit points. - Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds. - Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies. - Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management. - Maintain a daily log of activities and incidents. - Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary. - Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff. - Assist in training new security personnel as needed. - Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.

Requirements: - Minimum educational qualification of 10th standard or above. - 1 - 2 years of experience in a security - related role. - Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures. - Strong observational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English. - Physical fitness to perform security duties effectively. - Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends. - A valid security guard license is an advantage.
