Description This is a full - time, on - site role located in Sambalpur for a Senior Manager, Commercial. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial operations, managing contracts, developing business plans, and ensuring cost - effectiveness in line with organizational goals. They will lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives, conduct market and financial analysis, and build strong stakeholder relationships. The role involves a high degree of accountability in ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, along with effective commercial decision - making. Qualifications - In - depth knowledge of Commercial Management, including managing budgets, revenues, and resources effectively - Strong Analytical Skills and experience in conducting market, financial, and performance analysis - Proven expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision - making - Proficiency in Team Management, with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams to achieve business objectives - Experience in managing Contract Management processes, including negotiations, compliance, and execution - Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders - Relevant educational qualifications, such as a bachelors or master s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA is a plus - Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in sustainability - focused industries, is desirable
