Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives Handle and close high - value leads, while supporting the team in deal closures Assign leads, monitor follow - ups, and ensure timely conversions Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets Train, coach, and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiations Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and role - play sessions Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction Handle escalated client issues and resolve them effectively Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution Maintain accurate CRM records, sales MIS, and performance reports Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations. Requirements / Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales, preferably with team management experience Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team Strong negotiation, communication, and client handling skills Ability to handle high - value deals and meet sales targets Organized, strategic, and results - driven Immediate joiners preferred Salary
