As we expand in Eastern India, we are looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our growth in Bhubaneswar and the Odisha market.
Overview This is a high - impact leadership role where you will drive market expansion across Bhubaneswar rapidly growing smart city residential hub and nearby high - potential regions in Odisha. You will lead large sales teams, tap into emerging luxury housing demand, and establish NIBAV as a dominant player in the region. Key Responsibilities 1. Regional Revenue Ownership - Drive and exceed sales targets across Bhubaneswar key Odisha markets - Build and execute localized strategies aligned with regional demand 2. Team Leadership Expansion - Lead, manage, and scale a 40 50 member B2C sales team - Foster a high - performance, target - driven sales culture 3. Market Development Odisha Focus - Identify opportunities in premium villas, duplex homes, gated communities, and builder projects - Build strong networks with builders, architects, and HNI clients 4. Client Engagement Closures - Lead high - value client interactions and presentations - Drive negotiations and ensure strong deal closures 5. Pipeline Territory Management - Ensure consistent lead generation across Bhubaneswar and surrounding regions - Monitor sales funnel, conversions, and team productivity 6. Strategic Execution - Analyze local competition, pricing trends, and customer behavior - Execute targeted campaigns to increase penetration in Odisha What We re Looking For -
Experience: 8 years in B2C sales real estate, luxury products, automobiles, or similar high - ticket segments preferred - Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of Bhubaneswar / Odisha market - Leadership: Proven experience managing large sales teams 40 50 members - Language
