Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail - oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team and oversee the development of high - quality visual content across digital and offline platforms. This role combines hands - on design work with team leadership, ensuring brand consistency and impactful visual storytelling. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring high performance and creativity - Oversee the end - to - end design process from concept to final execution - Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels - Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling visuals - Review and approve designs, graphics, layouts, and final outputs - Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices - Handle vendor coordination for print and external design work if required - Ensure designs align with business goals and marketing strategies Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field - 7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 3 years in a leadership role - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, - Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles - Experience with digital, social media, and branding design - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to handle feedback and iterate designs efficiently Benefits - Open Door Policy - Work in a pleasant environment with little hierarchy - Dynamic working environment in a growing firm - Freedom to innovate and learn new things - Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM - Working days: Monday to Saturday
