Our work profile includes work in domains of Income tax, GST, Companies Act compliance, Audits and related legal aspects and other related Financial services. We are seeking a skilled Manager to manage and review tax compliance, audits, and advisory assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role involves preparing and reviewing income tax returns, GST filings, reconciliations, audits, and handling departmental notices and assessments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to guide junior staff while maintaining high client service standards. Key Responsibilities a. Income Tax - Review and Preparation of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies, and trusts. - Handling Tax Audit assignments, preparing Form 3CD reports, and related documentation. - Assisting in drafting submissions, replies, and representations before Income Tax authorities. - Supporting litigation matters including appeals, rectifications, and assessments. b. GST - Preparation and review of GST returns GSTR - 1, 3B, 9, 9C, etc. . - GST reconciliations, audit, and advisory. - Drafting replies to GST departmental notices and handling assessments. - Advising clients on GST implications for various transactions. c. General - Supervising and guiding junior staff in tax compliance work. - Staying updated with amendments in tax laws and disseminating the knowledge within the team. - Managing client relationships with professionalism and proactive communication. Qualification/ Eligibility - Chartered Accountant. - 1 - 4 years of experience of professional tax experience - Strong knowledge of the Income - tax Act, GST law, and related rules. - Proficiency in accounting software Tally, Busy and tax portals. - Good command over MS Excel and Word. - Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. - Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
