Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 2 3 years of experience in building construction to oversee on - site activities, ensure quality execution, and manage day - to - day operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site coordination, and a focus on delivering projects within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day - to - day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution - Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks - Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards - Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment - Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues - Maintain site reports, work progress records, and documentation - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols - Assist in material planning and cost control Requirements

Skills: - Strong knowledge of building construction processes and site execution - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings structural architectural - Good understanding of materials like cement, steel, RCC, etc. - Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and billing - Strong problem - solving and decision - making skills - Good communication and team coordination abilities - Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD preferred
