Project Engineer (Civil) — Khurda

Key Responsibilities

Site Management Construction Supervision - Independently manage and control construction site activities for residential real estate projects. - Supervise multi - storey building construction including RCC structure, finishing work, and MEP coordination. - Ensure all construction activities follow approved architectural drawings, structural drawings, and construction specifications. Project Planning Timeline Management - Analyze and control project timelines to ensure project milestones are achieved. - Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, and work execution. - Plan and implement construction scheduling and project execution strategies. Risk Assessment Problem Solving - Foresee potential project challenges such as: - Material procurement delays - Weather conditions affecting site work - Labor availability - Vendor coordination issues - Maintain backup plans Plan B and alternative solutions to avoid project delays. Coordination Communication - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, structural consultants, and suppliers. - Monitor construction quality and adherence to safety standards. - Maintain daily progress reports, measurement records, and site documentation. Quality Compliance - Ensure construction quality control and material quality standards. - Implement site safety regulations and construction compliance guidelines. - Verify work as per construction drawings and project specifications. Required Qualifications - Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering - Minimum 4 5 years of experience in real estate construction projects - Experience working on multi - storey residential building projects - Strong knowledge of construction site management and project execution - Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings - Working knowledge of AutoCAD - Strong technical understanding of RCC construction, site supervision, and project planning Key Skills
