Description We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Construction chemical and waterproofing div. to oversee sales operations within the Rourkela and near by region. This is a full - time, on - site role, responsible for identifying and engaging new customers, managing and growing territory sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The role involves executing and monitoring sales strategies, providing product training, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong client relationships and coordinating with cross - functional teams to meet business goals.
