Location: Angul, Odisha

Overview: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant CA with 37 years of relevant experience to join the Finance Accounts team at our Angul plant. The role involves managing financial reporting, compliance, and supporting business finance operations.

Key Responsibilities: - Preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards - Handling month - end and year - end closing activities - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc. - Managing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions - Conducting variance analysis and supporting budgeting forecasting processes - Coordinating with internal and statutory auditors during audits - Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal financial controls - Supporting cost analysis and MIS reporting for management decision - making - Liaising with cross - functional teams for financial inputs and process improvements Qualifications

Experience: - Qualified Chartered Accountant CA Mandatory - 37years of post - qualification experience in manufacturing / steel / core industry preferred - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting - Experience in SAP / ERP systems will be an added advantage Key Skills

Required: - Strong analytical and problem - solving skills - Good understanding of financial controls and compliance - Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools - Effective communication and stakeholder management - Ability to work in a fast - paced industrial environment Preferred
