Location: Bhubaneswar Website: Job Overview: Ganpati Homez is looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive who will be responsible for field visits and lead generation activities. This role is strictly focused on generating potential customer leads no direct sales or targets involved.

Key Responsibilities: - Daily field visits in assigned areas residential commercial zones - Generate fresh leads through direct interaction, references, and local networking - Distribute company brochures and explain basic project details - Collect customer details and maintain proper lead records - Coordinate with the sales team by sharing qualified leads - Identify new areas/opportunities for lead generation - Maintain daily activity and reporting to the management Job Requirements: - Minimum

qualification: 12th pass / Graduate - Good communication skills Hindi / Odia / Basic English - Comfortable with field work and travel - Basic understanding of real estate market preferred - Must have a two - wheeler Fuel allowance will be provided
