Handling all inbound query calls related to our hospital at PRM desk. Convincing Educating Customers for their Medical or Surgical Procedures. Identifying Counseling the patients for Healthy Heart. Working on software for the Healthy Heart Enrollments. Involves interaction with customers and providing them quality support and service. Scheduling Appointments Identifying Counseling for DMP Requirements and skills Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge Problem solving skills and ability to multi - task.
