The candidate will be responsible for end - to - end campaign execution, lifecycle automation, cross - channel engagement, client communication, reporting, and performance optimization. This role requires deep hands - on experience in Klaviyo, a strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment with discipline and accountability. Key Responsibilities - Campaign Execution and Operational Excellence - Execute end - to - end email and marketing campaigns using Klaviyo - Manage campaign setup, segmentation, scheduling, deployment, and QA - Ensure accuracy across personalization, targeting, tracking, and suppression logic - Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and data - related issues - Maintain high standards of quality assurance and timely delivery - Platform Management - Klaviyo Execution Lifecycle - Manage Flows Welcome, Abandonment, Post - Purchase, Winback - Execute Campaigns email SMS - Build and manage Segments, Lists, and Profiles - Work with Custom Properties Event Tracking - Manage Forms Pop - ups, Embedded - Implement Dynamic Product Feeds Recommendations - Set up A/B testing and optimization experiments Key Responsibilities
Across Platforms - Design and execute end - to - end lifecycle journeys - Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, and governance - Ensure proper segmentation and targeting accuracy - Manage cross - platform data sync and consistency - Support personalization and dynamic content implementation - Troubleshoot platform, automation, and data issues - Client Communication and Stakeholder Management - Act as a direct point of contact for clients on campaign execution and strategy - Manage expectations on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies - Provide structured updates and build strong client relationships - Coordinate with internal teams strategy, design, QA, development - Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics - Track and analyze campaign performance across channels - Monitor KPIs: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Retention - Build dashboards and performance reports - Provide actionable insights for campaign and journey optimization - Conduct A/B testing and experimentation analysis - Ownership and Remote Working Discipline - Work effectively in a remote setup with strong self - discipline and accountability - Demonstrate ownership of timelines, deliverables, communication, and execution quality - Maintain proactive follow - up, transparency, and responsiveness - Operate independently with minimal supervision Required Skills
Technical Skills - Strong hands - on experience in: - Klaviyo Expertise in: - Klaviyo Flows, Campaigns, Segmentation, SMS, Forms - Lifecycle marketing and funnel management - Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates - Basic knowledge of Liquid good to have - Experience/Knowledge with APIs, integrations, and webhooks - Strong QA and troubleshooting skills Soft Skills - Strong client communication skills - Influential and impressive communication ability - Strong ownership mindset - High attention to detail - Strong analytical and problem - solving skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong stakeholder coordination skills - Self - discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment Qualifications - Minimum Certification Required: Klaviyo Product Certification - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field - Relevant hands - on experience and certification will carry higher weight than academic specialization Experience
Required - 3.5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign execution in Klaviyo - Prior experience in a direct client - facing role is strongly preferred - Experience working in a remote environment will be an added advantage Preferred
