Engineering Lead - Web, Mobile & AI/ML Development

• •Lead development and architecture for web, mobile, and AI/ML-based applications
• •Work hands-on with PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python, and AI/ML frameworks
• •Design and integrate AI/ML models into production systems (recommendation systems, NLP, predictive analytics, etc.)
• •Analyze requirements and prepare project scope, proposals, and estimations
• •Manage deployment on AWS, Azure, Digital

• •Lead and mentor the development team; ensure timely delivery

• •Strong experience in Laravel, Node.js, and Python
• •Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with libraries like Tensor

- Experience with data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment

• •Knowledge of cloud hosting, server management, and deployment (including ML workloads)

- Experience in project estimation and documentation

• •Strong problem solving and leadership skills
