Manager/ Sr. Manager/ AGM/ DGM- Civil (Sambalpur)

Job Purpose To lead and manage all civil construction and infrastructure works, ensuring protected, cost - effective and timely execution in compliance with approved designs, DGMS norms and statutory requirements. n Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute infrastructure works and site facilities. n - Ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications and project schedules. - Coordinate with mining operations, electrical, mechanical and project planning teams for seamless execution. - Prepare BOQs, estimates and technical specifications, manage civil contractors and consultants. - Monitor progress, quality, safety and cost control, certify RA bills and contractor measurements. - Ensure compliance with DGMS, environmental, safety and local statutory regulations. - Prepare progress reports, MIS, budget vs actual statements and updates for senior management. - Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors and civil teams. - Liaise with local authorities, consultants and external agencies as required. n Qualifications
