Experience: - Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution. - Lead and manage the Civil Engineering Department with a focus on Structural Engineering. - Plan, organize, and monitor academic and administrative activities of the department. - Ensure effective teaching, research, and development in the Structural Engineering field. - Supervise faculty members and guide them in teaching, research, and academic responsibilities. - Develop and update the curriculum as per university and regulatory guidelines. - Promote research activities, publications, and funded projects in the department. - Maintain discipline and ensure quality education for students. - Coordinate with management regarding departmental development and academic planning. - Organize seminars, workshops, and technical activities for students and faculty. - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory bodies.
