Industry: Beauty Cosmetics / Retail / FMCG Summary We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth for a leading online cosmetic and beauty products retailer across Uttar Pradesh. This role is centred on expanding our retail footprint by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and vendors within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be proactive in lead generation, product promotion, and sales execution, ensuring consistent visibility and performance of our offerings in key retail locations. The position is retail store - based with regular field visits, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute directly to business expansion in a fast - paced FMCG environment. Responsibilities - Identify and develop new leads through systematic market visits, provided data, and personal referrals - Engage with distributors, retailers, and vendors to present product portfolios and drive sales - Conduct in - store product sampling and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement - Execute targeted product launch initiatives and ensure timely deal closures - Support retail partners with business development strategies and on - ground execution - Monitor, analyse, and report monthly sales performance, campaign outcomes, and key market insights Requirements - Graduate in any discipline from 2021 to 2025 pass - out - Freshers are encouraged to apply - Up to 11 months of sales or field experience is acceptable - Must be a local resident of the assigned location within 10 km of the retail store - Personal two - wheeler bike preferred is mandatory with valid driving license - Prior knowledge or experience in the beauty/cosmetics or FMCG sector is preferred - Male candidates are preferred for this role Work Details - Work Schedule: 6 days a week - Weekly Off: Sunday - Work Type: Retail store - based with regular local market visits Benefits - Fixed
