Our client, a rapidly growing player in the Fast - Moving Consumer Goods FMCG sector, is searching for a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead their brand initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to drive brand growth and consumer engagement from anywhere. You will be instrumental in shaping brand perception, developing innovative marketing campaigns, and ensuring sustained market leadership for our key product lines. The core of this role involves developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target consumers. You will be responsible for managing the brands identity, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints. This includes leading the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans, encompassing digital marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, and in - store promotions. Market research and consumer insights will be central to your work, enabling you to identify opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and anticipate market trends. You will work closely with cross - functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative agencies, to ensure cohesive brand execution. Key responsibilities include: defining brand vision, strategy, and annual marketing plans; overseeing the development and execution of creative advertising and promotional campaigns; managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources; conducting regular market analysis, consumer research, and competitive intelligence gathering; developing product launch strategies and go - to - market plans; managing relationships with external agencies advertising, PR, digital ; monitoring brand performance metrics and reporting on key insights and recommendations; ensuring brand consistency across all channels and communications; collaborating with the sales team to support channel - specific marketing initiatives; and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in FMCG marketing. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG industry is essential. Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share is required. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and the FMCG landscape is a must. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem - solving skills are critical. Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics tools is expected. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively lead cross - functional teams and manage external partners.
