About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and result - oriented Executive / Sr. Executive Sales to accelerate business growth in our Tile Adhesives segment. This role focuses on expanding dealer networks, increasing market penetration, and driving sales performance across the assigned territory. You will work closely with channel partners, providing training and support to ensure product visibility, availability, and strong market presence. - Key Responsibilities - Customer Market Insights: Analyze customer preferences, competitor offerings, and market trends to build effective sales strategies. - Sales Strategy Execution: Manage sales volume, pricing, and product mix in line with market demand and company goals. - Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and contribute to overall revenue growth. - Market Research: Conduct regular field visits and retail audits to gather actionable market intelligence. - Resource Utilization: Optimize ATL BTL activities for maximum ROI and market impact. - Reporting Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely reporting as per company requirements. - What Were Looking For - Experience in Tile Adhesives and range of TA products is highly preferred - 2 - 5 years of experience in Sales / Building Materials / Construction Chemicals - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and manage dealer relationships - Self - driven, target - oriented, and proactive approach - Good understanding of local market dynamics Share resume - priti.dhamal@walplast.com
