Ability to prepare estimates BOQ, understand BOQ and ensure execution - as per scope - Ability to coordinate and follow up with contractors for expediting job - Taking measurements at site as per BOQ - Support in tracking project progress and resolving scope deviations if any. - Maintain proper documentation of site measurements, contractor communications, and BOQ revisions.
