A Civil Engineer for a coal washerymanages the design construction operation and maintenance of site infrastructure including structural foundations for heavy machinery coal handling plants and water treatment systems. Key responsibilities include site investigations structural design material procurement contractor management and ensuring safety/compliance with environmental standards. Key Responsibilities - Infrastructure Maintenance:Maintain and repair washery structures conveyor foundations raw coal bunkers and RCC structures. - Project Management:Plan and execute capital projects including earthwork site grading and plant expansion. - Water Management:Design and maintain effluent treatment plants ETP tailing ponds and water circulation systems to manage water consumption. - Site Safety Compliance:Ensure all civil structures adhere to safety standards e.g. 5S ISO and environmental regulations EIA . - Technical Supervision:Oversee contractors for site construction material handling and quality control of materials. - Documentation:Prepare technical reports drawings estimates and project schedules. Requirements - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. - Experience in heavy industrial construction or mining infrastructure. - Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools. - Knowledge of structural design and concrete technology.
