We are looking for a Sr Marketing Operations Executive with strong expertise in Braze for a direct client - facing individual contributor role. The candidate will be responsible for end - to - end campaign execution, lifecycle automation, cross - channel engagement, client communication, reporting, and performance optimization. This role requires deep hands - on experience in Braze, a strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment with discipline and accountability. Key Responsibilities 1 Campaign Execution and Operational Excellence - Execute end - to - end multi - channel campaigns using Braze Email, Push, In - App, SMS - Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, scheduling, and deployment - Ensure campaign accuracy across personalization, segmentation, links, tracking, and suppression logic - Maintain strong QA practices and ensure timely delivery - Troubleshoot campaign, canvas, and data - related issues 2 Braze Platform Management Work hands - on across core Braze capabilities including: - Canvas customer journey orchestration - Campaigns one - time and triggered - Segments Filters - Liquid Personalization dynamic content - Connected Content - Content Blocks - Catalogs if applicable - In - App Messages - Push Notifications - Email Templates HTML/CSS Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage Canvases multi - step journeys with decision splits - Configure event - based triggers and user attribute - based segmentation - Implement personalization using Liquid and dynamic content - Manage reusable content blocks and templates - Ensure data consistency and audience accuracy 3 Client Communication and Stakeholder Management - Act as a direct point of contact for clients on campaign execution and strategy - Manage expectations on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies - Provide structured updates and build strong client relationships - Coordinate with internal teams strategy, design, QA, development 4 Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics - Track and analyze campaign performance across channels - Monitor KPIs: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Retention - Build dashboards and performance reports - Provide actionable insights for campaign and journey optimization - Conduct A/B testing and experimentation analysis 5 Ownership and Remote Working Discipline - Work effectively in a remote setup with strong self - discipline and accountability - Demonstrate ownership of timelines, deliverables, communication, and execution quality - Maintain proactive follow - up, transparency, and responsiveness - Operate independently with minimal supervision Technical Skills - Strong hands - on experience in Braze - Expertise in: - Canvas journey orchestration - Campaign setup Email, Push, In - App, SMS - Segmentation audience targeting - Liquid templating for personalization - Connected Content dynamic data - Strong understanding of: Event - based marketing behavioral targeting User lifecycle management - Cross - channel campaign strategy - Proficiency in HTML/CSS - Basic knowledge of Java
