Description This is a full - time, on - site Sales Executive role based in Bhadrak. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the FMCG product distribution network, meeting sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers. Responsibilities include implementing effective sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in FMCG product sales - Ability to manage and grow a distribution network while meeting sales objectives - Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders - Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector - Self - motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Working knowledge of sales reporting tools and systems is an added advantage - Proficiency in regional languages is a plus to interact effectively with local communities and clients - Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in FMCG sales
