1 Project Planning and coordination - Preparation of project plants and schedule. 2 Site Management - Supervising construction activities to ensure they comply with project plants. Managing on - site resources, including labor, material and equipment. 3 Quality control and Assurance - Conducting inspections and tests to ensure quality. Implementing and monitoring. 4 Safety - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 5 Documentation and reporting - Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation. Reporting on project progress, issues and solution to the director.
