Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic growth: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporates, institutions, and commercial clients. 2. Team leadership: Guide and mentor the sales team to ensure disciplined, high - quality on - ground execution. 5. Operations reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, MIS, and forecasts. Coordinate with marketing and operations for seamless promotions and post - sales follow - ups. 6.
