Bae is building a curated Korean skincare platform in India. We work closely with global brands and focus on thoughtful storytelling, strong visuals, and education - led marketing. We are growing fast, and the people who join now will play a key role in how we build and scale the brand. Role overview This role is about managing influencer and affiliate partnerships end to end. From finding the right creators to making sure campaigns go live smoothly, you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs on time and as expected. You will work closely with social, content, and marketing teams to make sure influencer output aligns with the overall brand and campaign direction. What you will own Identifying and shortlisting creators who fit the brand and campaign goals Managing outreach and building first - level conversations with influencers Executing influencer campaigns including seeding, paid collaborations, and launches Coordinating briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals with creators Building and maintaining long - term relationships with influencers Supporting affiliate partnerships including onboarding, tracking, and reporting Working with internal teams to align influencer content with brand messaging Maintaining trackers, campaign data, and basic performance reports What we are looking for 1 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships Strong communication and coordination skills Highly organised and detail - oriented approach to work Ability to manage multiple conversations and timelines at the same time Someone who takes ownership and does not need constant follow - ups Interest in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is a plus Benefits 5 - day work week Work from office in Hyderabad Direct exposure to founders and core team Learning support through courses and resources High ownership, collaborative work environment Competitive salary Quarterly team outings Growth You will learn how influencer and affiliate marketing actually works at scale, beyond just outreach and coordination.
