Description We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter for a full - time, on - site role based in Brahmapur. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. Additional responsibilities include building a pipeline of qualified talent, maintaining strong relationships with clients, aligning candidate skills with job requirements, and overseeing account management to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications - Proficiency in Sales Recruitment, with the ability to source, engage, and place qualified candidates - Hands - on experience in Full - Life Cycle Recruiting and streamlining hiring processes - Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships through Account Management efforts - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and client interactions - Proactive, results - driven approach with the ability to meet recruitment targets - Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in a recruitment or staffing environment will be considered a strong advantage
