SMS HEAD

Location: Odisha

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end - to - end SMS operations including furnace, CCM and slag recovery - Drive production targets, yield improvement and cost optimization - Implement best - in - class processes and continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure product quality as per customer specifications - Oversee maintenance planning and minimize downtime - Lead RCA and CAPA for process improvements - Manage budgets, cost control and operational efficiency - Build and lead high - performing teams - Ensure adherence to safety, EHS and IMS standards Requirements: - B.E. in Metallurgical / Mechanical Engineering - 15 years of experience in SMS operations Induction Furnace and CCM - Strong leadership, problem - solving and communication skills
