Key Responsibilities

Inventory Stock Control: Maintain accurate material counts, track movements, and ensure optimal inventory levels. Storage Organization: Implement safe material handling, proper labeling, and 5 S standards to keep storage areas organized. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics teams and transporters to ensure timely material movement. Record Keeping ERP: Maintain precise records and generate regular ERP dashboards and insights for senior management. Audit Accuracy: Conduct regular stock audits and ensure standard nomenclature is followed to prevent repetitive item codes. People Management: Support recruitment, drive employee retention initiatives, and ensure department compliance with PMS timelines. Safety Compliance: Ensure zero safety incidents and maintain adherence to pollution norms and IMS standards.

Education: Graduate in any discipline. Certification: Mandatory skills or certification in Store Management .
