Experience: 0 to 3 Years - Assist registered nurses and medical staff in providing direct patient care and daily activities. - Monitor and record patients vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition accurately. - Help patients with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and other basic needs. - Prepare and maintain patient rooms, beds, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment. - Support medical procedures by preparing supplies, assisting with patient positioning, and following instructions. - Observe and report changes in patients conditions promptly to the nursing staff. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital protocols. - Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and hospital policies at all times.
