Experience: 2 - 5 Years in Direct Sales, preferably in Interior Design or allied industries Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results - driven Direct Sales Executive to join our growing interiors business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, pitching our interior design services, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a good aesthetic sense, and a passion for helping clients transform spaces. Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital campaigns - Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present interior solutions - Collaborate with design and execution teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets - Follow up on proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and channel partners - Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitors - Attend events, exhibitions, and client walkthroughs when required - Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates Key Skills
