Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to: - Accurately transcribing a wide variety of information such as user generated content metadata, creator contact details, and internal reporting figures into arenaflex s centralized database systems. - Performing routine verification checks to ensure entered data aligns with source documents, adhering to our strict quality control standards. - Organizing electronic files and maintaining logical folder structures that enable quick retrieval and cross team collaboration. - Assisting senior data analysts by preparing clean data sets for deeper analytics, trend identification, and strategic decision making. - Participating in periodic data cleansing initiatives, flagging duplicate or outdated records for review. - Utilizing proprietary data entry tools and standard office software e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace to complete assignments efficiently. - Communicating proactively with supervisors and cross functional teammates when clarification or additional information is required. Essential QualificationsTo thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following baseline attributes: - Attention to Detail: A proven ability to spot inconsistencies, typographical errors, and data anomalies. - Computer Literacy: Comfort using a keyboard, mouse, and basic software applications; familiarity with spreadsheets and word processors is a plus. - Self Motivation: Ability to stay focused and productive while working independently in a remote setting. - Communication
