Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, assess opportunities, and develop strategies Proven abilities in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on achieving targets and building client relationships Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and teams Ability to work collaboratively in an on - site setting and meet deadlines Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms is a plus
