Job Description

Job Summary: The Office Executive will be responsible for handling day - to - day administrative and coordination work at the laundry plant. The role includes maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with operations, handling communication, and supporting plant reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain daily inward outward records of laundry stock. - Prepare and update reports production, dispatch, pending orders, manpower attendance . - Handle data entry in Excel / software. - Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery challans, and other documents. - Coordinate with the plant supervisor, transport team, and clients for smooth operations. - Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation of plant staff. - Raise indents for stationery and other office requirements. - Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. - Support billing and payment follow - ups. - Maintain visitor records and gate pass documentation.

Skills: - Basic knowledge of MS Excel MS Word - Good communication skills - Strong record - keeping and documentation ability - Coordination and follow - up skills - Ability to work in a fast - paced plant environment

Qualification: - Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience - 1 3 years of experience in office administration / plant office work preferred Preferred

Experience: - Experience in laundry plant / manufacturing unit / warehouse office will be an advantage. Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work
