Location: Lyfe Bhubaneswar with group - level marketing responsibilities for Lyfe Hotels Resorts Reports to: General Manager and COO for group level Apply - rajendra@theworld.co.in The Head of Marketing at Lyfe Hotels is a strategic role responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives to enhance the brand visibility, market positioning, and revenue growth of Lyfe Hotels Resorts. This role supports both the operational needs of the hotel and the long - term marketing vision of the group as it expands its hospitality portfolio. As the Head of Marketing, you play a key role in strengthening the brand identity of Lyfe Hotels while driving demand generation, customer acquisition, digital presence, and strategic partnerships. Your role contributes significantly to positioning Lyfe Hotels Resorts as a modern, innovative, and guest - centric hospitality brand. Your role involves working closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and Corporate Leadership to design marketing strategies that support business growth. Through effective brand communication, digital marketing initiatives, and strategic collaborations, you will help ensure that Lyfe Hotels maintains strong market visibility and competitive advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will assume responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing marketing initiatives that enhance brand positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives. Commercial Marketing Strategy Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the commercial goals of Lyfe Hotels. Support revenue growth through integrated marketing initiatives aligned with sales and revenue management strategies. Identify market trends, customer segments, and competitive opportunities to strengthen market positioning. Support marketing planning for new hotel projects and upcoming developments within the group. Coordinate with leadership on annual marketing plans, campaign strategies, and marketing budgets. Marketing Communication Brand Collateral Develop and manage marketing communication across all platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging. Create and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, corporate presentations, promotional materials, and digital assets. Ensure all marketing communication aligns with brand identity, tone, and design standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative development and marketing production. Support sales initiatives through well - designed marketing materials and brand presentations. Digital Marketing Online Distribution Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition. Manage and optimize digital platforms including social media, search marketing, online advertising, and email campaigns. Monitor and enhance the hotel s presence across online travel agencies OTAs and travel platforms. Track digital marketing performance and implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Work with revenue and reservations teams to align online campaigns with inventory and pricing strategies. Website Management Productivity Oversee the performance, functionality, and content management of the Lyfe Hotels website. Ensure the website supports direct bookings and functions as a key brand engagement platform. Coordinate with web developers and digital partners to maintain website performance, SEO optimization, and user experience. Analyze website traffic, booking patterns, and user behavior to improve website productivity. Ensure timely updates of promotions, events, packages, and brand content. Customer Acquisition Demand Generation Design and implement marketing campaigns to generate new business across corporate, leisure, and event segments. Support marketing initiatives for weddings, conferences, events, and group bookings. Work closely with the Sales team to develop marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and business opportunities. Track campaign results and measure marketing contribution to revenue generation. Brand Loyalty Guest Engagement Support initiatives that strengthen guest engagement and brand loyalty. Develop communication strategies such as newsletters, guest outreach programs, and promotional campaigns. Work with CRM systems to improve guest retention and repeat visitation. Encourage guest interaction through digital channels and brand engagement initiatives. Brand Management Positioning Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints. Strengthen the brand positioning of Lyfe Hotels Resorts through innovative marketing initiatives. Support the development of brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all marketing activities. Contribute to the long - term marketing vision and positioning of future hotel developments within the group. Revenue Management Alignment Work closely with revenue and sales teams to support demand generation strategies. Promote seasonal packages, special offers, and value - added experiences to optimize revenue. Align marketing campaigns with occupancy trends and demand periods. Monitor competitor activities and market positioning to maintain competitive advantage. Public Relations Strategic Partnerships Develop and manage public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility. Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners. Coordinate brand promotions, launches, and marketing events. Establish strategic partnerships with tourism boards, travel platforms, corporate organizations, and lifestyle brands. Represent the brand at industry networking events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives. Marketing Analytics Reporting Monitor marketing performance across campaigns and channels. Prepare reports on digital engagement, marketing ROI, website performance, and brand visibility. Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or specialization in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage. Minimum 6 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, digital platforms, brand management, and customer engagement strategies. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross - functional teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability.
