Job Description

We are seeking a detail - oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, including financial reporting, ledger management, tax compliance, and supporting junior team members. The role requires a strong grasp of accounting principles, tax regulations, and an analytical approach to financial data.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present financial analysis and reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and general ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Coordinate and oversee core accounting functions and programs, ensuring timelines and standards are met. - Manage tax filings, including GST and other statutory returns, ensuring full compliance and timely submissions. - Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, reviewing their work and offering training as needed.

Key Requirements: - Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CA Inter or M.Com preferred . - 3 - 4 years of accounting experience in a mid to large - sized organization. - Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools. - In - depth understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication skills and ability to lead/mentor team members. - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem - solving skills.
