Regional Manager - Customer 360 - BRANCH BANKING - Customer 360 As the Regional Manager - Customer 360, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing customer - centric initiatives. Your primary focus will be to drive the banks customer engagement and satisfaction by developing and executing innovative strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer - first mindset. - Lead and mentor a high - performing team of customer experience specialists. - Develop and execute customer - centric strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross - functional teams to align on customer - focused initiatives. - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and bank policies in all customer - facing activities. - Implement effective customer feedback loops and utilize insights to drive continuous improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance customer value. - Oversee and optimize customer journey maps to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in customer experience management or a similar role. - Proven track record of leading and developing high - performing teams. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical abilities and data - driven decision - making skills. - Experience in the banking industry is preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to work in a fast - paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in customer relationship management CRM tools and analytics software. - Strong problem - solving and conflict resolution skills. - Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
