Khazana Jewellery Jobs: Retail Sales Executive - Berhampur

Roles Responsibilities: 1 To sell Gold, Diamond, Platinum and silver items available in Store to Customer. 2 Responsible for the Sales Counter. 3 Responsible to check stocks / items received from Store Room and tally it with the previous days closing stock. 4 Display all items in the counter correctly as per the approved format. Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots. 5 To maintain the sales kit. 6 To check the quality and quantity of the products. 7 To handle the customers independently and to clear their doubts. 8 To take care of the customers by organizing chairs and refreshments. 9 To handle customers reservation / modification / cancellation / exchange / home delivery, etc. 10 To prepare the estimates, inform the correct value of the purchase to the customers, enter in the counting slip and then hand it over to the cash counter personally. 11 To make feel the Customer to visit Khazana again. Desired Candidate Profile: - 1. 2 Pass. 2. Candidates with Good Communication, Grooming ability to handle Customer. 3. Candidates to be flexible in work Timings 4. Candidates with experience in Retail industry are preferred.
