Key Responsibilities

Pre - Sales Lead Management - Handle incoming inquiries from customers via calls, Whats

App, and social media platforms. - Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and booking procedures to potential buyers. - Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and advertisements. - Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. - Maintain accurate lead information and customer communication records in CRM. Marketing Brand Promotion - Assist in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns. - Support promotional activities for project launches, events, and exhibitions. - Engage with prospective customers and respond to marketing inquiries. Social Media Content Engagement - Participate in creating short video content, property walkthroughs, and promotional reels. - Assist in presenting project features and benefits through engaging social media content. - Support social media engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and You

Tube. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote projects through creative content.

Skills

Requirements - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Confident personality with the ability to interact with customers professionally. - Comfortable appearing in promotional videos and social media content. - Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. - Good follow - up and customer relationship management skills. - Ability to work in a fast - paced sales and marketing environment.

Preferred
