This position is a full - time job located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The Medical Supritendent will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the medical staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and service. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a medical supervisory role, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of medical regulations and standards. Roles Responsibilities - Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care and service. - Overseeing the day - to - day operations of the medical staff and providing guidance. - Ensuring safe and efficient delivery of medical services. - Monitoring and evaluating staff performance. - Developing strategies to improve care quality and service. - Collaborating with other departments for smooth functioning of services. - Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. - Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. - Performing other assigned duties.
