Core Responsibilities - Infrastructure Development: Designing and constructing site infrastructure, including structural, geotechnical, and hydraulic works roads, conveyor foundations, drainage, ore processing buildings . - Project Management: Developing work schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and time constraints. - Quality Control and Compliance: Ensuring construction adheres to safety standards e.g., IS standards , structural integrity requirements, and environmental regulations. - Surveying and Design: Preparing drawings, design, and proposals for civil works, utilizing CAD software. - Contractor Management: Supervising contractors, verifying work completion, and certifying RA bills.
