About the role Were a fast - growing digital marketing agency looking for a sharp, results - driven Performance Marketer to join our team. Youll own paid campaigns across Google and Meta, manage client accounts in the US market, and work in sync with a USx - time shift. If you live and breathe ROAS, CPL, and scaling budgets this ones for you. What youll do - Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping - Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram prospecting, retargeting, and scaling - Monitor daily budgets, bids, and performance metrics to hit client KPIs - Build audience strategies, A/B test creatives, and write clear ad copy - Create weekly performance reports and present insights to clients - Collaborate with the creative team to brief ad assets static, video, carousel - Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends What were looking for - 3 4 years of hands - on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads - Strong grasp of performance metrics ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV - Experience managing monthly ad spends of 10L or equivalent - Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager - Ability to write clear, conversion - focused ad copy - Comfortable working in US business hours - Strong communication skills youll interact directly with US - based clients - Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus Why join us - Work on international campaigns with real budgets and real impact - Collaborative, growth - focused team culture - Fast - paced environment with clear performance incentives - Immediate joining for the right candidate Location shift Delhi / Hybrid US shift Monday to Friday Immediate joiner preferred - We are an equal opportunity employer.
