Location: Berhampur, Odisha Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results - driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads through effective social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals - Manage and oversee all social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. - Create, curate, and publish engaging content text, images, videos, reels - Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of industry changes - Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions - Analyse performance metrics and generate reports on campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and campaigns - Handle audience engagement, comments, and messages professionally - Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms - Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements Required Skills

Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 0 - 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative mindset with attention to detail Preferred
