Area Sales Officer- OTC/fmcg

Location: Berhampur Balasore, Odisha -

Salary: 3 LPA Max 20,000 in - hand per month -

Experience: 6 months - 7 years OTC Brands or FMCG Industry -

Education: Graduate on Payroll ,Non - Graduate Third Party payroll - Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory by promoting and selling products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and placement. Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach. Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and campaigns. Monitor and analyze competitor activities and provide insights to the management. Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors/retailers. Provide regular sales reports and updates on market trends. - Key Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 7 years of sales experience in OTC brands or FMCG industries. Strong knowledge of local market dynamics in West Bengal or Odisha. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
